We commonly manufacture seals using silicone and EPDM, materials known for excellent environmental resistance. Our proprietary compounds are formulated to withstand long-term exposure to sunlight, ozone, heat, cold, and harsh outdoor conditions—ensuring the seals won't degrade, discolor, or fail over time.

Our automated molding equipment includes vacuum-assisted systems and multi-plate separation to efficiently demold complex geometries, including seals with undercuts. With presses up to 8 ft x 6 ft, we can produce large, seamless window trim seals and use multiple platens for efficient manufacturing of oversized parts.

We operate four extrusion lines capable of processing organic rubbers (EPDM, NBR, FKM, SBR, and more) as well as silicone, providing ample capacity to support high-volume production. Our semi-automated splicing presses allow us to join extruded segments quickly and accurately, creating a strong, uniform, and reliable trim seal.
